I am a tutor who is passionate about exploring, learning, and teaching. I tutor a variety of subjects including algebra, middle school math, reading, writing, literature, American history, psychology, geography, religious studies, and more. I love foreign language and I can help students with French, German, and English as a second language. I have years of experience tutoring French at all skill levels. I also enjoyed taking standardized test like the SAT, ACT, and PSAT and I would love to help any student with test prep. I can help students with essay editing and college essay writing as I love to write and edit. I am currently pursuing degrees in International Studies, Business Administration, and French at Loyola University Chicago. As a tutor I try to create an exciting, interesting environment in which my students feel comfortable engaging. I am a patient teacher and I have no problem sitting down with someone and working through a problem slowly. When I'm not studying for my courses or tutoring, I enjoy reading good books, exploring, and being active. I like to kayak, ski, go for hikes, and go on bike rides. I am also very passionate about the opera and the theater.
